The development has been designed to respond to the physical characteristics of the existing site, to coincide with  the vision for the master plan for Parramatta Road Corridor.

The extension of George Street bisects the site and creates two distinct development sites thus creating opportunities  to vary the building forms. Three interconnecting buildings on each block are arranged around a private courtyard  with varying heights. All six buildings have their own architectural identity and address to address all street frontages.
