The project is a staged development which proposes a subdivision to create 18 residential allotments, the construction of a new road, and a total of 92 apartment units across three 4 storey residential flat buildings (RFBs) with basement parking, 6 multi dwelling houses; a dual occupancy and associated landscaping and civil works.
