Comprising of 3 boutique towers, Atrium underpins a vision for diverse communal living. The design explores a dynamic screen  façade, creating a layering of space between public and private realms, giving residents varying degrees of privacy and framing  views of the Georges River and neighbouring CBD.

The use of intricate metal work and exposed brick, lends itself to the heritage of the site and its industrial past. This rough materiality  is contrasted with landscaping, where lush courtyards encourage neighbourly exchange between the buildings residents.
