executive summary.

With over 35 years of experience, Mosca Pserras Architects are one of the leaders of the built environment within greater Sydney. Drawing on local and international experience, we will work with you, your customers, and local governments to provide a specialised design solution, accurately realising the project potentials from the initial concept through to construction.

Our team take a holistic design approach, creating a synthesis of people, place and sustainability. We work across a broad spectrum of the market with a key focus on commercial and residential development, ensuring the architecture we create is responsive to the communities we build for. Most recently we have been responsible for:

- Liverpool’s first PCA A Grade Green Star building, with over 9,000sqm of commercial floor space tenant by the University of Western Sydney.
- Sky Haus, a landmark development for southwest Sydney, with over 470 apartments across three buildings and 370sqm of commercial floor space.
- Warwick farm villages, a master plan concept for communal living with over 1000 apartments and associated neighbourhood shops.

With our local knowledge and experience in Liverpool LGA, we play a significant role in setting new benchmarks in development standards and performance criteria.

MPA take a holistic design approach to create a synthesis of people, place, and sustainability. We believe architecture stands to facilitate a lifestyle, creating new opportunities and domains for human exchange. The architecture we create is responsive to the communities we build for.

sustainability.

At Mosca Pserras, we don’t see achieving sustainability as a technical requirement but rather the result of proper consideration of good architectural principles of design.

Passive design principles on any site and for any type of development, whether it be commercial, industrial or residential, should be the basis upon which we design any building before embodied energy in a wall or active systems are considered.

An understanding of the site and the use of considered materials along with these principles, will naturally benefit our environment.

This is not a task but a responsibility we see for the future.
